About Zoë

Zoë discovered the Bowen Technique six years ago, when she had a severe case of tennis elbow, having tried physiotherapy, acupuncture, a cortisone injection, with no relief. She sought the help of a Bowen Therapist and within 3 sessions, her elbow was much better and within 5 sessions she had no pain at all. Zoë was able to return to all of her previous hobbies, showing horses and competing dogs in agility. She was so impressed by its effectiveness, that she decided to train to become a Bowen therapist herself. Zoë is continually amazed at the results of this wonderful therapy in both people and their dogs.

Zoë’s Background

Zoë has spent many years producing, breeding, and competing horses at county level and qualifying for The Horse of the Year Show (HOYS). Confirmation and movement is paramount at top level competition. This gave Zoë a good grounding for assessing dogs for movement and lameness. Her handling of large animals means she is not put off by large dogs, as some people can find them intimidating.

In 2004 Lilly a collie x gsd puppy came to share our life. Whilst Lilly was attending obedience classes she was invited to try agility and from the very first lesson both Zoë and Lilly was hooked.zoe
